sufficiently sogged

just when i thought

i liked fall..

the rain 

had

to 

start.

i guess i do like fall,

really,

the pumkins,

the holidays,

cool evenings.

but oh how i

dislike 

the rain.

last week 

rob and i went 

with some friends

to a 1940's hangar dance

at the aviation museum

in fort worth.

it was amazing!

you should all 

go next year.

it

was just 

like being in

a fred astaire 

movie.

we also went 

to OKC

to see rob's brothers'

homecoming game.

i haven't been to 

a highschool 

football game

in years.

i'd 

forgotten how

so much of

highschool is 

one giant masquerade

where everyone is trying

so hard  to convince

everyone else that they 

really are who 

they are pretending to be.

anyway,

 it was a good trip

and fun was had 

by all.

well, 'till 

next

time.
