rob and i had our 

engagement pictures done

last week. 

we had so much fun 

and he took hundreds!

but i'll just share a few with you here:

Kohen Alexander Laing

he's here!!

my tiny nephew was born last night at 8:35.

this is Chason giving us the news 

when we were nervously waiting outside.

he was born early so there were some problems.

but he and mommy are both fine now!

5 lbs 11 oz.  18" long. 

he's tiny!!

mommy and daddy. so sweet.

I can't believe my brother is a daddy!

Welcome to the world little Kohen!!

and don't forget, I'm the favorite auntie ;)

new poll!

i helped rob move into

our new apartment this week.

and i'm totally jealous

that he gets to live there

for 3 months before i get to!

anyway.

my family went to Boston

for a week,

without me. 

and i'm also jealous about that.

but i'm shooting my first wedding

this weekend and that will

hopefully be amazing.

my brother and sister-in-law 

are sleeping over here tonight

to keep me company

because i was a little scared last night.

i don't like sleeping in a 

big house alone, it is scary. 

say what you might, this house

is creaky, and big and dark and

on a busy street.... 

which equals scary.

so cassie (my sister-in-law)

and i are going to pick up my

wedding dress tomorrow!!!!

i am SOOOOOOOOO excited.

i want to wear it every day....

but my mom won't let me.  ;)

i can't imagine this world without Walt Disney

tonight, through a series

of strange conversations and 

whatnot involving a magnadoodle

and some sheep, that would take me

a while to explain, 

Rob mentioned to me

Lambert the Sheepish Lion.

and i had no idea

what he was talking about!

even though i've seen just about

everything Disney ever made,

apparently i missed one!!!

but thanks to youtube,

and my awesome fiance,

i met lambert tonight.

and we are great friends already ;)

so i thought i would share it with you

just incase you've never seen it either!

prime time for updating

well, 

it finally happened.

my little brother's sickness

allllll week last week

finally caught up with me.

i tried so hard to stave it off! 

you should have seen me

with my lysol wipes

disinfecting the entire house

in a frenzy.

but to no avail.

so here i sit on the couch 

coughing and sneezing

and watching mindless tv.

(who knew there was so much daytime tv

that is just really not worth watching!?)

i've already taken all the medicine

i could find, 

which wasn't much. 

everyone is out of town or gone

and i just don't feel like moving.

so i thought it the perfect time 

to update things.
